In order to kick-start the discussion, the board has produced a framework identifying a number of components and possible ways of picturing the structure we want to achieve. The framework is a work-in-process and shall by no means be seen as a fixed structure. Please provide your comments for evaluation and possible inclusion.

The framework as such also identifies a number of areas where specific task groups will be assigned in order to guide the work of this Special Interest Group.
